 I am a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor based in Uckfield  East Sussex. Specialising in Women's health, fitness & wellbeing. Pilates, Barre, Hiit training (non, low & high impact) strength Conditioning, Pre & Postnatal fitness (Pilates & Barre) and weight loss management.

​Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, tone up or gain strength then I can help you achieve your goals through fitness/Pilates/Barre sessions, no matter what your fitness level or experience.​

​As a qualified specialist in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Mum to a cheeky chap, I can also help you maintain and prepare your body before pregnancy and restore your shape, strength and fitness afterwards.​
