​Whether you want to improve your fitness or strength, tone your body or lose weight then my classes or individually tailored training will help you get great results in a fun, friendly but motivating environment. Specializing in Women's Health & Fitness, providing Non impact/Low impact options.  Small group and personal training sessions can take place at your home or in my Uckfield private home studio, whilst my weekly classes take place in East Sussex halls.
