 Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise


Whilst carrying my son I struggled to find information and guidance about how to exercise safely throughout pregnancy and what I did find was often conflicting.  Equally after he was born it was difficult to find out how quickly I could return to different levels of exercise intensity and what was the best way to get back into fitness & regain a little bit of me!  

With my specialist training and experience I can now help you maintain and prepare your body throughout pregnancy and can guide you through the difficult postnatal journey to restore your body and Core. Many women myself included have incontinence problems after giving birth, its so important to regain your pelvic floor & core strength before overloading your body, remember it took 9 months to grow a baby so allow your self some time to recovery & exercise safely
